• Subscribe to communications such as newsletters, product updates, or case studies (your email address and any preferences you provide).
• Apply for a job or partner with us (your resume, work history, and other details you choose to share).

Information collected automatically: IP address (anonymized through hashing); browser type and version, operating system, and device type; pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps; approximate geographic location (country/region level).

Our website uses cookieless built-in analytics and does not store persistent identifiers on your device. We do not currently use cross-site tracking cookies. If we add additional analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

Information from third parties: demo scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Cal.com, or similar), business contact databases and clinic directories used for outbound sales outreach, and referrals from existing customers or partners.

Current third-party tools include: Framer (website hosting and analytics), Calendly (demo scheduling), HubSpot (email and outreach), Slack and Google Workspace (internal operations).

Our marketing site relies on cookieless analytics and does not currently set non-essential tracking cookies. Third-party tools you interact with (for example, Calendly after clicking "Book a Demo") may set their own cookies on their domains, governed by their own privacy policies.

• Demo and contact requests: typically retained for the duration of the sales relationship plus 6 years.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.
