Our story

At Pocket, we’re on a mission to transform the rehab therapy space with end-to-end, vertically integrated AI solutions. Front office workflows are the #1 pain point for clinics. Healthcare administrative spend accounts for 25% of all healthcare spend, at over $1T out of the $4.9T spend.

Pocket is an AI-native front office operating system for healthcare providers. Our vision is to automate and unify front office workflows that includes insurance verification, patient communications and scheduling becoming the dominant operating system for rehab therapy clinics.

We’re growing quickly and backed by top-tier investors including 2048 Ventures, Underdog Labs, and MGV, along with strategic angels like the CEO at Clipboard Health, Andy Sack, and Todd Kaplan.

Our values
1

High Ownership

We hold ourselves fully accountable for the results we produce. Ownership means driving outcomes proactively, learning from failure honestly, and never pointing elsewhere when things go wrong.

2

Bias for Action

Speed matters. We move with urgency, make decisions with the information available, and course-correct as we learn. Waiting for perfect conditions is a choice to fall behind - we'd rather act, iterate, and improve than deliberate and stand still.

3

Think from First Principles

We don't accept "that's how it's done" as an answer. We break problems down to their foundations, question inherited assumptions, and rebuild our thinking from the ground up. The best solutions rarely come from following a template.

4

Customers are our Priority

Every decision runs through a single filter: does this make things better for our customers? We listen closely, advocate fiercely on their behalf, and measure our success by the value we create for them.

5

Iterate Quickly

Ship early and fast. We bias toward both quality and speed by reducing scope and learning quickly from user feedback.

6

Humble & Low Ego

We lead with curiosity, not ego. We actively seek feedback, acknowledge what we don't know, and create space for others to contribute their best.
